We are a 24/7 operation and have done work for Mercury, Nationwide, Century National, National General, Safeco, Travelers, CSE, USAA, State Farm, AAA and Farmers. Not only do we partner with these companies, but we provide in-field and in-office training seminars for their adjusters and call center personnel. These training sessions assist their personnel to better understand what really takes place on our calls.
Accurate Leak Locators was founded in the late 1990’s by Mr. Tony Falco. Mr. Falco was born in Missouri and had a heart and drive to help others. He became an entrepreneur and started up a large restoration company, traveling across the United States helping on major catastrophes caused by “Acts of God”. This led to him receiving his Certified Restorer License and becoming well known in the Homeowners Insurance Industry. After selling his corporation Mr. Falco wanted to bring his knowledge and drive to the plumbing industry for Homeowner Insurance property claims. Over the years he had watched so many homeowners get taken advantage of by “yellow page plumbers” and even “handyman’s”. Mr. Falco had raised his children in the business. Today Accurate Leak Locators – Texas begins the next generation of Mr. Falco’s dream to expand through his son Mike Falco, who’s passion and drive is the same as Mr. Falco’s

We provide services for the insurance industry, residential, and commercial industry. We don’t pay commissions to keep the costs equally affordable from job to job. We have a standard set pricing because Mr. Falco couldn’t stand watching people get taken advantage of. We don’t judge you by the size of your house or car in your driveway, we simply hope to provide a service to ALL customers that will last a lifetime.

All our plumbing technicians hours are verified through the TSBPE (Texas State Board Of Plumbing Examiners). Each plumber is drug tested on a routine basis, background-check upon hire, and is required to maintain their license position with the state annually.
