What is Plumbing Repair?
Plumbing repair is a process of repairing or replacing damaged, faulty, or worn-out piping. To include but not limited to water supply lines, sanitary lines, gas supply lines, flex lines, water heaters, shut off valves, angle stops, hose bibs, faucets, shower valves, and cartridges. It can also be described as repairing/replacing of plumbing component fixtures. If plumbing issues/leaks are left untreated, it can lead to increased repairs and unnecessary water damage (that could be prevented) such as mold growth, Deteriorated Building Materials (DBM) or Mold Like Substance (MLS). This is why we recommend to do a repair as soon as it is needed to avoid extensive damage.
Here at all plumbing we only employ plumbers who are registered and licensed with the
Texas State Board Plumbing Examiners. All of our plumbers receive continue education classes every year to keep their licenses in good standing. Our master plumber ensures all plumbers are well versed and trained in all aspects of plumbing.
Our repair process begins with a Leak Detection. This is a series of steps and equipment used to detect plumbing leaks. Once we determine the source of water intrusion, we will provide you with the next steps necessary to resolve the issue.
- Detecting leaks early will also help to conserve water and prevent an outrageous water bill.
- Did you know if you received a high water bill due to a water leak; with proper documentation and repairs the water company may issue an over usage credit for taking care of the leak in a timely manner. Contact your water company for more information.
Our Plumbing Repair Process
Below is the process ALL Plumbing and our plumbers take when providing plumbing services for our clients from the start to the finish.
#1: Assessment and Diagnosis- Leak detection
Rather than cutting a bunch of holes in a clients walls, we train our plumbers to detect leaks by a series of process of elimination steps unique to our master plumbers 25+ years experience of plumbing. We then, if necessary use special equipment/tools to properly identify and locate the water source.
#2: Planning and Preparation:
Once the plumbing source/leak is located our office staff will provide you a detailed report to include the repair process and fees.
#3: Shutting Off Water:
Knowing how to turn the water off and on at your place of residence is highly important. This can prevent major water damage to your home or even high water bill until the leak is repaired.
Make sure your water shut-off valves are in good condition, if not have them repaired.

#5: Warranty:
Our plumbing repairs and installations are backed up with a 1 year workmanship warranty. This warranty starts once payment is received in full for repairs. This warranty is only on our installation. Plumbing components have their own manufacturer warranty should the fixture itself be faulty we can help correct any warranty issues.
